TOKENIZED EQUITY MULTI-CHAIN CREDIT

Keep your stock exposure.Put your equity to work.

A multi-chain protocol for tokenized equity income and collateralized credit
supporting Solana (USDC) and Robinhood Chain EVM (USDG).

Real delayed market data via Twelve Data. Company marks remain illustrative; no approved markets or endorsements implied.
01THE PROTOCOL

One position.
More possibility.

Designed to retain economic exposure while making eligible equity collateral useful.

Deposit only tokenized equities approved by the protocol. Issuer terms, asset eligibility and custody requirements need to be verified before a market can open.

Explore how collateral, debt and a liquidation threshold relate. Economic exposure still carries market risk.

What Quantum Stocks proposes

A multi-chain protocol for tokenized equity income and collateralized credit supporting Solana (USDC) and Robinhood Chain EVM (USDG). Eligible users deposit approved tokenized equities as collateral, retain economic exposure, and borrow from isolated liquidity pools.

The core flow

  1. Verify eligibility, issuer terms and market approval before accepting collateral.
  2. Deposit approved tokenized equity and borrow within configured limits, subject to USDC or USDG liquidity.
  3. Monitor collateral value, outstanding debt and health factor across chains.
  4. Account for supported corporate actions and dividend-related attribution.

Dividend-related choices

Supported options include reinvestment, conversion of verified attributable value into USDC or USDG, and repayment using settled conversion proceeds. Conversion depends on executable swaps, safety checks and execution costs. Simply holding an accumulating token does not guarantee cash income. Stock splits, multiplier changes and appreciation must not be double-counted.

Lender participation

Lenders supply USDC (Solana) or USDG (Robinhood Chain) to isolated credit markets. Borrowing depends on available pool liquidity. Rates vary, returns are not guaranteed, and withdrawals depend on capital deployment.

Authorization and custody

The proposed architecture requires wallet interaction, collateral custody and authority controls, oracle safeguards and liquidation risk management. Post-quantum authorization remains under development (ML-DSA) at the application layer without altering native Solana or EVM base signatures.

Development and evidence

The brief describes a multi-chain system. No production registry, live TVL, transaction volumes, APY, issuer partnerships, independent audit, or mainnet deployment have been verified here. This website is an interactive concept presentation, not a wallet or a lending application.

READ BEFORE PARTICIPATING

Exposure is not
risk elimination.

Market and liquidation risk

Collateral can fall in value while debt and interest remain outstanding. A position crossing its liquidation threshold can lose collateral. An oracle quote is not a guarantee that a market can execute a liquidation at that price.

Issuer and corporate-action risk

Rights, redemption, eligibility and corporate-action handling depend on the token issuer and applicable terms. Approval of an ordinary stock does not automatically approve every token claiming to represent it.

Liquidity and execution risk

Borrowing requires available USDC or USDG pool liquidity. Lender withdrawals may be delayed. Conversion depends on executable swaps, costs and safety checks; favorable execution is not assured.

Smart-contract and authorization risk

Custody, authority, oracle feeds and verifier implementations require validation and independent review across both Solana programs and EVM smart contracts.

This website

All candidate marks and calculation inputs are illustrative. No deposit, borrowing, wallet signing or transaction submission takes place. Nothing here is a personalized investment recommendation.

ASSET REPRESENTATION

Recognizable marks.
No implied approval.

NVIDIA, Apple, Tesla, Meta, Google, Amazon and Microsoft appear as illustrative stock-company examples from the brief. They are not a supported-market list. Their use does not imply a partnership, endorsement, verified token issuer, approved mint, collateral eligibility or production borrowing availability.

The scene uses original beveled 3D extrusions prepared from attributed vector silhouettes. Company trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Vector source availability does not confer trademark approval. Brand-use review is required before public launch.

No stock prices, market capitalization, liquidity, APY or live protocol metrics are fabricated for this experience.

ILLUSTRATIVE MODEL ONLY

The calculation
is not a quote.

The sliders are educational inputs. The 60% maximum loan-to-value ratio and 75% liquidation threshold are explicit illustrative assumptions, not configured Quantum Stocks risk parameters.

Illustrative limit = collateral value × 0.60

Health factor = collateral value × 0.75 ÷ outstanding debt

With zero debt, the health factor is shown as “No debt” rather than a numerical guarantee. A result below one indicates a crossed threshold in the example. Exceeding the illustrative borrowing limit is a separate condition from crossing its liquidation threshold.

This simplified model does not calculate accrued interest, collateral haircuts, fees, slippage, market closures, oracle confidence, issuer restrictions or actual pool liquidity. It cannot authorize a deposit or loan.

PROPOSED LENDING MODEL

USDC & USDG liquidity.
Defined constraints.

The proposed isolated pools accept lender USDC (Solana) and USDG (Robinhood Chain) to fund approved collateralized borrowers. Actual borrowing is constrained by eligible collateral and available pool liquidity.

Interest and withdrawals

Returns depend on borrower interest and pool conditions. The brief does not establish a fixed rate, a guaranteed APY or instant withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed while stablecoins are deployed to borrowers.

Risk does not disappear

Collateral, issuer, oracle, liquidity, liquidation and smart-contract risks remain across both chains. Isolation is not a promise that every loss is recoverable.
